Naberezhnye Chelny Paper Mill to begin construction of new paper facility in late 2026

Employee-Owned CJSC “Naberezhnye Chelny Paper Mill named after S.P. Titov” (Republic of Tatarstan) has completed negotiations for the supply of equipment for a new facility that will produce pulp-based base paper. According to the company’s press service, construction is scheduled to begin in late 2026.
Following the signing of the equipment supply contract, the plant’s specialists began design and engineering work. The first phase, with an annual capacity of 70,000 tons, is expected to launch in 2029. Once the second phase is completed, total production of pulp-based base paper will reach 140,000 tons per year.
