Luzales and Valutec has signed a new contract for the supply of two tunnels of TS

Valutec  signed a second contract with Luzales for the supply of two drying chambers of the vehicle. The total annual capacity of the drying tunnels of the TS  will be 140 thousand m3.

New tunnels will be built at the production site in Syktyvkar (Komi Republic). These are high-tech chambers for drying wood: the drying space of each tunnel is divided into six zones, each of which has an independent climate control system, which allows drying timber of different sections and initial humidity at the same time.

The tunnels are equipped with clamping frames and sawn timber wetting system, which ensures the highest quality of the final product. In order to increase productivity, the loading of tunnels will be carried out on double trolleys. Buffer zones on both sides of the chamber will be increased in tunnels to optimize warehouse logistics. A fully automated system for the movement of stacks allows to minimize the involvement of personnel in the loading of chambers. Control of the drying chambers of the vehicle will be carried out using the Valmatics system.
