In the Yaroslavl region, they are working with unscrupulous tenants of the forest

The decision of the arbitration court of the Yaroslavl region on the claim of the regional Department of forestry prematurely terminated the lease of forest land with the tenant in the Rostov region, according to the Forestry Department of the Yaroslavl region.

The basis for the appeal to court with the specified claim was provisions of article 619 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and the provided right of the lessor to demand early termination of the lease agreement if the tenant doesn’t pay rent more than two times in a row.

Despite the fact that at the time of filing by the Department of the claim by the tenant was repaid the main debt on rent, and in the case was repaid and the debt on the penalty, the court found grounds for termination of the contract due to the systematic violation of the tenant terms of payment of rent for a long period of time.

Now the Department will send information about this tenant for inclusion in the register of unfair tenants of forest plots and buyers of forest plantations.
Rosleskhoz according to the Department in 2018 in the register of unscrupulous tenants of forest plots and buyers of forest plantations included information about six tenants, lease agreements with which was terminated on the basis of a court decision.
