In the spring of 2019 in the Altai region it will begin to produce MDF
In March, a new industrial facility of the forest industry – Pavlovsk woodworking plant (DOK), which will produce a new product for the region – MDF, is being prepared for launch. Construction of the plant is in the stage of completion: electrical and commissioning works are carried out. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of natural resources and ecology of the Altai territory.
As raw materials will use waste from the forest industry-sawdust, wood chips, bark, felling residues, as well as low-grade wood. The equipment of the leading foreign manufacturers is installed in shops and modern technologies are used for the production of competitive products. The Pavlovsky DOK is fully automated and meets industry 4.0 criteria. The production process is controlled by artificial intelligence.
The plant will operate around the clock, 330 days a year and will close the need for MDF and HDF in the market of Siberia, the Far East, and Central Asia. Staffing the company will operate more than 190 professionals in housing construction in the new settlement of the village of Pavlovsk. Construction of housing for employees is part of the company’s social policy aimed at creating comfortable conditions for work and life.
