In Khakassia it will start production of fuel pellets from waste chipboard
The Ministry of economic development of the Republic of Khakassia has held the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for consideration of the application of the entrepreneur about the status of “resident of TOSER”. Before the decision was made, representatives of several Republican ministries and Federal agencies carefully studied the package of the document. The businessman intends to launch production of deep processing of wood of any species in Abaza. The product range is planned to be quite wide: from edged lumber to planed products. Production will be waste-free. Fuel pellets will be produced from wood-chip waste.
“Fuel pellets are modern, convenient and profitable biofuel for heating houses, cottages, commercial, industrial and municipal facilities. Among the main advantages over other fuels, it is, first, the cost of pellets. It is much lower than when using wood, coal, gas tanks, diesel fuel, fuel oil or electricity. Secondly, high fire and explosion safety. Third, and importantly, the burning of this biofuel can be automated. Depending on the type of equipment used, fuel can be loaded from once a day to once during the heating season. Plus, fuel pellets are environmentally friendly and do not give harmful emissions into the atmosphere,” the investor explained.
The implementation of this investment project in Abaza is also of high social importance. The company will employ 100 people, and almost half of them in the first year of work.
“In the coming days , we will sign an agreement with the entrepreneur, which will be registered such indicators as the number of new jobs, and the amount of investment, and the amount of tax deductions to the national budget. After signing the agreement, the document will be sent to Moscow, the Ministry of economic development of Russia, where the consideration of the application of entering the data of the entrepreneur into the register of residents of TOSER will begin”,- added Nikolai Evdokimov, acting Minister of economic development of Khakassia.
As soon as the entrepreneur is included in the register of residents, he will start construction and installation works. Recall, the first resident of TOSER began working in Abaza in may 2018. At the end of the year, 20 new jobs were created at the new timber processing plant and equipment was purchased for almost 10 million. This year the company will continue to develop. And plans to purchase equipment for several million and the creation of almost 10 workers there.
