In July 2022, pellet production in Russia fell by 34.8%

The closure of European sales markets contributed to a sharp decline in Russian biofuel production. According to Rosstat, in July 2022, the volume of fuel pellet production in Russia fell by 34.8% YoY. In January-July 2022, production decreased by 6.4% YoY to 1.3 million tons.
