Finance Minister of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov spoke about the development of the pulp and paper industry in our country

At a meeting of the President of Russia with members of the Government, Finance Minister Anton Siluyanov noted that “among the major projects that the business plans to start this year is the construction of pulp and paper mills in the Irkutsk region, Krasnoyarsk region, the construction of petrochemical complexes in the Irkutsk, Amur regions and Tatarstan.
