A shop producing corrugated cardboard from waste paper is supposed to be created at the premises of a cardboard and roofing felt plant in Khabarovsk. The enterprise is going to produce recycled cardboard (testliner), pulp cardboard (kraftliner) and corrugating paper (fluting paper). The investment value was not reported. In late 2019, Chinese investors invested about 150 million rubles in Khabarovsk Cardboard and Roofing Felt Plant, so that the company could resume operations.
