Akvilon LLC is implementing a project for the construction of a timber enterprise in the village of Plesetsk to be completed in two years. The investments will amount to over 450 million rubles of own and borrowed funds.

The first stage is the launch of a sawmill allowing for drying, trimming, sorting, and shipping up to 75,000 m³ of sawn timber. The second stage is the construction of a biofuel boiler house with a capacity of 8 MW to meet the needs of the enterprise itself and supply heat to the village’s heat supply network. The third stage is the start-up of a wood pellet production facility with a capacity of up to 7,500 tons per year. The fourth stage is the construction of a value-added wood processing shop for the production of planed products and moldings in the amount of 20,000 m³ per year.
