Kraslesinvest launched a sawmill at Boguchansky LPK

On 5 September, the official ceremony took place at the Boguchansky LPK mill in the Krasnoyarsk region. The first stage of the project, a sawmill line, came online. This plant is part of a major investment project, which aims to create a large vertically integrated complex.

The factory will work in test mode for some time, full-scale production will start from November 2014. The company plans to process 800,000 m3 of logs into 440,000 m3 of finished products, said the Director of the Division for natural resources and construction of Vnesheconombank Ilgiz Valitov.

As of early 2014, the management company Kraslesinvest had invested over 16 billion roubles into the project. Kraslesinvest’s sole shareholder and investor is Vnesheconombank, a state banking corporation.
