Government allowed chips export to unfriendly countries

The Government of the Russian Federation made amendments in Decree No. 313 dated 09.03.22. The introduced changes allow the export of chips and wood shavings to some countries including the Republic of Korea via three sea terminals (Vladivostok, Nakhodka, and Olga) on condition that the customs applicants are the producers.
