Segezha Group starts selling apartments in the first CLT houses in Russia

Segezha Group is officially starting selling housing in the first Russian high-rise CLT buildings. These are one-room and two-room apartments with an area of 48–63 m² in two four-storey buildings of Sokoliki Housing Estate in the town of Sokol (Vologda region).

The price per square meter is 70,000 rubles. Thus, a one-room apartment of 48 m² costs 3,360,000 rubles, and a two-room apartment (of 63 m²) costs 4,410,000 rubles. Home buyers can make use of state-supported mortgages.
