Ilim Group may make an IPO

Ilim Group is considering the possibility of making an IPO as one of the alternatives for company development; it is negotiating with banks to that effect, Interfax reports.

“The decision has not been made and will depend on a number of factors, including the situation in the markets,” the Group’s press office added. The company did not specify the potential time or the amount of offering.
