7 billion rubles received less budget of the Krasnoyarsk region from the implementation of projects in the field of forest development

According to the materials of the accounts chamber of the Krasnoyarsk territory, as of November 1, 2018, 11 of the 14 priority investment projects were in the implementation stage on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk territory. Until 2025, it is expected to attract 148.7 billion rubles of investments in this sphere, of which only 44.7 billion rubles were actually received.

Within the framework of the existing priority investment projects, 7 out of 28 types of products were produced, the volume of production of which amounted to 1.6 million cubic meters. The total volume of deforestation reached 10 million cubic meters, which may indicate the presence of risks of using forest resources for other purposes.

It was also revealed that initially the concepts of priority investment projects provided for the receipt of tax payments to the regional budget in the amount of 7.3 billion rubles. Of them actually received 343.3 million rubles, the budget received less than 7 billion rubles.
