Timber harvest in Russia increased by 4.3% YoY in January—November 2024

According to the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), the Russian timber harvest grew by 4.3% YoY in January—November 2024, up to 107.242 million m³ of dense timber. Softwood accounted for 69.879 million m³ of dense timber from the total volume (+3.6%); hardwood, for 37.362 million m³ of dense timber (+5.8%).

In November, the Russian timber harvest reached 10.118 million m³ of dense timber (+5.8% YoY).
