Switzerland: Stable pellet prices in March 2021

The pellet prices in Switzerland fell slightly on average in March 2021. On average, they’ve reached a value of 360 CHF / t (-0.1%) – after an increase of 0.3% to 360.2 CHF / t in February 2021. Compared to March 2020 (373 CHF / t), there is still a decrease of 3.5%. Depending on the purchase quantity, the individual prices developed in different directions:

3 t: 375.18 CHF / t (-0.1% compared to 2/2021, -3.2% compared to 3/2020)

5 t: 357.69 CHF / t (-0.4% compared to 2/2021, -3.5% compared to 3/2020)

8 t: 347.16 CHF / t (+ 0.3% compared to 2/2021, -3.7% compared to 3/2020)

17 t: 330.55 CHF / t (-0.3% compared to 2/2021, -3.9% compared to 3/2020)
