“Luzales” implements the project on construction of a sawmill in Chovyu

The purpose of the project– the construction of new sawmills and bioenergy facilities to increase the production of lumber normalized humidity and reduce production costs woodworking complex LLC “Luzales”, as noted in the press center of the company.

The volume of investments in the project by 2020 will be more than 880 million rubles. The project envisages the increase in the allowable cut on 939 thousand cubic meters, which will allow you to bring the provision of existing sawmilling capacity by a private timber harvesting to 80 %. Sawn timber production will grow by 144 thousand cubic meters, commodity chips-by 90.0 thousand cubic meters. The volume of production of new products-fuel pellets-in the whole enterprise will be 35 thousand tons per year.

In the village of Kazaviti Priluzsky district by March it is planned to launch another pellet press. This will increase the volume of fuel pellets to 35 thousand tons per year. Utilization of sawmill waste will also be established in the town of Chovyu. The fourth sawmill will be launched at the production site of “Luzales”.

At the end of January 2019, the number of investment objects in accordance with the new investment project to date, already built and commissioned processing power in the village, Priluzsky district Kazaviti:

–plant-based sawmill line for small timber HewSewR200,

–round timber sorting line,

–installation of water heating on solid fuel UVT 6000 x 2,

–plant for production of pellets,

–the first in Russia six zone drying chamber of horizontal type “Muehlboeck-Vanicek”.
