Kastamonu has allocated more than 50 million rubles for environmental protection measures

At the end of 2018, Kastamonu sent more than 50 million rubles for environmental protection measures. A total of 37 measures were implemented to protect air, water, soil and land resources, to protect the environment from waste production and consumption, as the press service of the company.

“The goal of our environmental policy is to ensure environmental safety by minimizing the negative impact on the environment,” –  said Director General of Kastamonu in Russia Ali Kylych. — We have installed a new generation of treatment facilities that provide a closed cycle of technical water circulation at the enterprise. We use recycling and recycling as much as possible. All these activities form a certain ecological culture, as well as develop the ideas of resource saving and respect for the environment.”

Earlier Kastamonu successfully passed the certification audit of environmental management systems for compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. ISO 14001 standard is responsible for the establishment of environmental management at the enterprise. Its essence is to minimize the negative impact on the environment and follow the latest international environmental standards.
