First Vice-Governor of Primorsky region Vasily Usoltsev met with the Director of the Department for international development of the Japanese Iida Group Holdings Ishi Kumagai, as announced by the regional administration.

The Japanese company intends to build a mill in the north of Primorsky region to develop low-rise housing construction. As noted by Ishi Kumagai, the holding builds about 40,000 houses a year. The Japanese party earlier established partnership with major Far Eastern holding Terneyles, and now it is going to implement this project with another partner, PrimorskLesprom. Iida also plans construction of a biomass power plant to supply the enterprise and the nearby community.

“In our department, a team of engineers is now developing a housing project that is suitable for construction in the Russian context,” said Ishi Kumagai. In September 2014, the company registered office in Primorsky region.
