In the Central Federal district, more than 10 million hectares of forest lands were put on cadastral registration

According to the Federal Forestry Agency, in the territory of the Central Federal district(CFD) work was carried out on the territory of the 164 forestries 15 constituents of the district. Now it is put on cadastral accounting and entered data in the unified state register of real estate in General on the district of 47,5 thousand parcels of land with a total area of 10,4 million hectares that makes 45,5% of the area of lands of forest Fund of the district.

Work on preparation of the documents containing data on the parcels of land in borders of the Russian forest areas necessary for cadastral accounting was organized by Federal Forestry Agency.

Recall that in accordance with the State program of the Russian Federation “Development of forestry” until 2026, the boundaries of all lands of the forest Fund of the Russian Federation should be established.

Work on the establishment of boundaries of forest districts and forest parks are under the state of the task to “Ensure the establishment of boundaries of forest districts and forest parks” subordinate institution “Roslesinforg”. So, for the last three years, from 2015 to 2018, on the territory of the Central Federal district were defined boundaries 130 forest areas in the territory of 16 subjects of the Central Federal district (Belgorod Oblast, Bryansk Oblast, Vladimir Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Ivanovo Oblast, Kaluga Oblast, Kostroma Oblast, Kursk Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Oryol Oblast, Ryazan Oblast, Smolensk Oblast, Tver Oblast, Tula Oblast, Yaroslavl Oblast), on a total area of more than 12 million hectares, which is more than 53% of the total area of lands of forest Fund of the CFD.

At the same time, taking into account the previously assigned to the state cadastral registration of forest land plots as a result of the work on setting and establishing the boundaries of forest areas and forest parks, the coverage of the area will be 99.4% of the total forest land area in the Central Federal district.
