In Q1 2020, plywood production in Russia declined by 6.2%

In Q1 2020, the production of plywood in Russia fell by 6.2% to 972.900 m3 yoy. The main drop was recorded in January (-12.3% m/m).

84% of all Russian plywood production is concentrated in three Federal Districts: Volga (316.700 m3 in 1Q 2020), North-West (306.300 m3) and Central (195.800 m3).
