Ilim Group posted revenue of over USD 1.26 billion in 1H 2021

In 1H 2021, the Company delivered 1.839 million tons of products. Owing to an extensive upgrade of the Bratsk Mill and rebuild of the softwood pulp line of the Ust-Ilimsk Mill completed in 2020, the Company intends to increase its production output up to 3.7 million tons of finished products by the end of 2021 and up to 3.8 million tons in 2022. Over 70% of Company products are exported to 70 countries worldwide.

Throughout the first half of the year, the Company continued to implement its one-of-a-kind capital project aimed to set up a new world-class kraft linerboard mill with a full production cycle in Ust-Ilimsk. The new mill will be the largest kraft linerboard production facility in the world, allowing Ilim to ramp-up its market product output to 4.5 million tons per year. Checkout, commissioning and start-up of the new mill is scheduled for 2022.
