Federal Forestry Agency (Rosleskhoz) urges for reduced liability of forest users operating LesEGAIS

24 June 2022 ` 20:35

The Agency submitted a proposal to amend the Code of Administrative Offences to the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources. The draft amendment exempts users of LesEGAIS system from liability for failure to procure an accompanying document in case of a lengthy technical failure in system operation lasting more than 12 hours.

A designated body led by Ivan Sovetnikov, Head of Rosleskhoz, was established in the Agency to prevent potential DDoS attacks.
