Egger will invest €300 million in upgrading its plant in the Ivanovo Region

The Austrian group will invest €300 million in upgrading its Russian production site in Shuya that has been in operation since 2006. The investment project is supposed to be completed in 2024, creating 100 new jobs at the enterprise.

According to WhatWood Agency, Egger Drevprodukt Shuya plant produced 280,000 m³ of particleboard (including laminated particleboard) in 2020. The enterprise’s production capacity is 320,000 m³ of product per year.
