As the press office of the Yugra Government reports, board production has been resumed in the commissioning and start-up mode at the premises of the MDF plant in the urban-type settlement of Mortka (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra) in the framework of the priority project for the creation of Kondinsky Industrial Park.

The asset portfolio of the MDF plant with an area of 28,700 square meters was leased for seven years to Kondinsky Managing Company LLC in February 2020. The terms and conditions of the contract stipulate that the lessee shall use the property for its intended purpose, arrange the board production, create an industrial park, and submit an application for inclusion in the register of industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia by the end of 2020.
