AVA Company will be leased to Profit Group without bids

This idea was supported by company’s lenders at the general meeting. Unsold equipment and property of the bankrupted company will be leased to a new owner – Profit Group.

The new owner also held meetings with the Government of the Omsk Region and Governor Alexander Burkov to solve the issue of providing the plant with areas for timber harvesting. Restoring production and acquiring access to forest are two important conditions of sustainable plant operation, its financial recovery and payment of debts.

Profit Group has already invested over 50 million rubles to rehabilitate the enterprise and also paid about 100 million rubles of tax debts and is ready to assume obligations of repaying the salary debts that constitute about 100 million rubles more.
