At the Velsky LPK the works on modernization of production are conducted

At the moment, the company has already installed a new 3D scanner for measuring logs from the domestic manufacturer “Automatics-Vector” and updated the software.

Now the equipment settings are translated into Russian. Masters and operators of the site were trained. According to Natalia Molchanova, the head of the terminal for acceptance, sorting and shipment of products, “after the launch of the equipment with the new software, it is planned to sort up to 2.5 thousand m3 per day. Updating the equipment at the sorting site was the first step towards a large-scale modernization of the VLK.” Due to the use of new reporting forms, it became possible to eliminate errors or breakage in the shortest possible time.

We will remind that with modernization at the enterprise began a month ago-on November 01 on a site of sorting of round timber.
