A series of Ukrainian paper and cardboard producers will be granted access to the Russian market

At a meeting with Government members on Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed with a proposal by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to permit three Ukrainian companies to supply their products to the Russian Federation, TASS reports. This concerns Bratslav, Bar Machine-Building Plant and Rubezhnoye Cardboard and Packaging Mill.

Decree No. 460-25 of April 18, 2019 by the Government of the Russian Federation prohibited imports and transit traffic of paper and cardboard, as well as paper and cardboard packaging from Ukraine (HS Code commodity items 4802, 4804, 4807 00, 4808, 4819).
