The Ministry of industry and trade has distributed quotas for the export of birch plywood timber for 2019

 On December 20, 2018, the Ministry of industry and trade distributed the volumes of export quotas for the export of birch plywood timbers outside the EAEU, according to order No. 5118 of 20.12.2018 “on the distribution of quotas for birch logs exported outside the territory of the Russian Federation to States that are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2019”.

The Ministry of industry and trade has distributed quotas between the participants of foreign trade, carrying out the export of logs from birch in accordance with the customs procedure of export in proportion to the volume of logs from birch, exported by each of the participants of foreign trade in the period from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016 Quotas apply to logs from birch with a diameter of at least 15 cm and a length of at least 1 meter. The total volume of quotas is 567 thousand cubic meters.
