In March 2025, +NODWERK (Nodwerk LLC) is planning to launch a new venue producing house kits in Sortavala, as reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of Karelia. The new shop was built using in-house products, i.e., structural laminated timber.

The project of house kit production by the frame & panel technology was included in the list of Karelia’s priority investment projects. More than 180 million rubles will be invested in the new venue, and at least 12 jobs will be created.

The construction of the shop building is currently completed, and equipment installation is in progress. The start of production is scheduled for 2025–2026 and is supported by the Industrial Development Fund of Karelia.
