4.4 billion rubles will be invested in plywood factory construction in the Pskov Region

Lesprom is going to invest 4.4 billion rubles in building a plywood factory with a capacity of 60,000 m³ per year. This investment project was approved by the expert panel chaired by Mikhail Vedernikov, Governor of the Pskov Region; the new production site will be located in Moglino Special Economic Zone.

Sergey Kozel, Director General at Lesprom, said that the factory is going to produce large-sized laminated plywood of hardwood and softwood. The investor is planning to procure raw material for production from the Pskov, Smolensk and Novgorod Regions. About 90 jobs will be created at the company.
