The auction to sell Ugra Timber Holding is scheduled for March 20, 2020, the initial price is 3.1 billion rubles

Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold the auction to sell Ugra Timber Holding and its subsidiary Ugra-Plit on March 20, 2020. 100% of the shares of both enterprises are offered as a single lot. 100% of the enterprise belongs to the Government of the Khanty-Mansi region. The company’s net profit in 2018 amounted to over 356.2 million rubles. It has its own production site in the Sovetsky district of the Khanty-Mansi region: 37 manufacturing areas with a total area of 194.5 ha and 61 buildings with a total area of 75,000 m2. The company receives subsidies under the program titled ‘Development of forestry and the forest sector of the Khanty-Mansi and Ugra region for 2014-2020’.

The company owns a particleboard and laminated particleboard plant with a capacity of up to 265,000 m3 per year, land parcels of a total area of 26.8 hectares, and property (34,100 m2).
