For Q1 2019, Volga JSC produced more than 60 thousand tons of newsprint

According to the quarterly report of the company, the plant exceeded the production plan by 2 %, to 61 021 tons (net). The volume of manufactured packaging paper for 3 months. 2019 amounted to 3,539 tons (net) – the plan is exceeded by 7 %.

The reason for the increase in production was the implementation of the company’s program “Improving productivity and employment support” approved by the Presidium of the presidential Council for strategic development and priority projects, JSC “Volga” entered in July last year. As a result, according to the results of work in 2018, the growth rate of labor productivity compared to previous periods amounted to 14.61%.
