Tomsk oblast has stopped cooperation with a Chinese tenant of the forest

The Department of Forestry of the Tomsk region signed a number of agreements on termination of lease agreements of forest plots with LLC “international investment company Jinye” on the treatment of the Chinese company. This was told in the press service of the Department.

In 2017-2018, the Chinese Corporation became a tenant of five forest plots in the Asinovsky, Verkhneketsky and Kargasok districts of the region.

In early February 2019 tenant LLC “MIK Tsinye” in the person of the representative of the Han Tzununa appealed to the regional forestry Department to prepare an agreement on the termination of contracts.

Contractual relationship with a Chinese tenant in five forest areas deemed terminated on February 15. To date, the document has already passed the procedure of mandatory state registration. The tenant, according to the terms of the signed agreement, returned the property received on the basis of the contract.
