The state-owned “DOM.RF” will launch three pilot project on wooden house construction

As reported by RIA Novosti, such a statement at the Russian investment forum was made by Deputy Director of the state company Denis Filippov.

“We plan to launch three pilots in the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. They will be financed by members of the HBC, to whom we provide land free of charge, and they will choose the developer from among the organizations that are part of the Association of wooden housing construction, which is under the Ministry of industry and trade.”

Mr. Filippov also noted that the durability of modern wooden houses is not inferior to other multi-apartment, and environmental far superior.
