TechnoModel LLC realizes in the Tyumen region the large-scale investment project on processing about 300 thousand cubic meters of wood annually

This was reported in a press release of the Department of forestry of the Tyumen region.

According to the General Director of the company Marat Shakurov, “the project involves the creation of a modern timber enterprise with an annual volume of timber more than 297 thousand cubic meters and a full cycle of processing.”

The project has already created 74 new jobs. Currently, the company operates a sawmill, wood sorting line and sawmilling line. It produces softwood lumber, plywood raw material, furniture panels, moldings, beams, house sets.

In accordance with the approved schedule of the investment project of TechnoModel LLC signed three lease agreements of forest plots with a total area of 73 180.9 hectares, the annual size of the estimated cutting area of 228.62 thousand cubic meters.

Until the end of 2019, in accordance with the approved schedule, lease agreements for the rest of the volume – 68.42 thousand cubic meters will be concluded with TechnoModel LLC.

The project is planned to be completed by 2023. Before that time, it is necessary to organize the processing of wood waste and the production of fuel pellets with a volume of 36 thousand tons per year.

The total planned amount of investment in the project will be 330 million rubles. In total, it is planned to create 260 new jobs.

The payback period of the project is about 6 years. When reaching the design capacity, the volume of output of commercial products will be 775.3 million rubles per year.
