Russia reduced the production of wood-based panels in January-November 2020

According to data from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) in January-October 2020, plywood production in Russia decreased by 4.5% YoY to 3.6 million m³. The output of fiberboard (including MDF/HDF/flooring) decreased as well – by 7.3% YoY to 585 mln conv. m², and of particleboard (including OSB) – by 2.9% YoY to 8.9 mln conv. m³.
