Runko Group invests 37 million rubles in the production of aspen sawn timber in the Leningrad region

According to Delovoy Peterburg, Runko Group plans to invest more than 37 million rubles in the production of aspen sawn timber at the enterprise in the village of Mga in the Kirov district of the Leningrad region.

The company intends to purchase new band saw equipment from the Turkish company Ustunkarli for 7.5 million rubles, as well as for 30 million rubles. Drying complex of the Italian company Incoplan SM3000. It is expected that the new production will be launched in January 2019. The monthly volume of sawn timber production will be 1.5 thousand cubic meters. Products from aspen will be shipped to the Baltic States, where exported to other European countries.

“Earlier in the course of construction enterprises in the Mga, we planned to increase the production volume of the company doubled, taking into account the already existing plant in Tijarica. Now we decided to produce a new product and the entire site in the Dark to equip for the production of aspen products: veneer, lumber, wood. To process birch  we will continue at the production site in the village Thority”, — said the head of the Runko Group Alexander Oshkaev.
