RosPlit LLC (Samara region) put up for auction

RosPlit LLC (until 2009 Samara Laminate) is part of the Versivo group and specializes in the production of plate materials for furniture and construction – particleboard, fiberboard, chipboard / LMF. Co-owners of the enterprise in equal shares are Alexei Dolmatov and Oleg Skotnikov. Bidding will take place on June 7, 2020. The initial sale price of the lot is 71.4 million rubles. The lot, in particular, includes an automatic line for laminating chipboard (short-cycle pressing line).
