On March 11, WhatWood chief editor Kirill Baranov gave a presentation to the State Forest Service of India, reporting on the Russian timber industry: its production, major trends and development outlook of the lumber, plywood and panel industries.

The presentation was held at the Mytischi branch of Bauman State Technical University (former Moscow State University of Forest) in the framework of the training programme of Indian Forestry Service (mainly mid-level managers) held in Russia.
