Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia: large furniture producers do not feel any particleboard shortage

24 December 2020 ` 18:29

As the agency reports, the particleboard shortage is usually declared by “gray”, semi-legal furniture manufacturers.

According to the RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, the “fever” in the particleboard market will begin to weaken at the end of December 2020 and will completely end in January 2021. According to the ministry, large furniture producers do not feel any shortage of these raw materials, although they confirm there is a certain imbalance on the market. The Ministry of Industry and Trade explained that the increased demand for particleboards usually arises every year in Q3, but the pandemic aggravated the situation in 2020.
