Mikhail Gavrilov owns a 55% share. The remaining 45% belongs to Yulia Bagieva, niece to Anatoly Serdyukov, report several federal-level mass media. Since 2015, Mikhail Gavrilov has owned a share in Karelia Pulp LLC (the largest Russian exporter of newsprint paper whose revenue as of the end 2019 was 21.6 billion rubles), which took control over assets of Kondopoga JSC after it went bankrupt in 2013.

Soyuz Group includes three plants: Soyuzbaltkomplekt LLC, Lesplitinvest JSC and Soyuz-Center Kaluga Multi-Profile Woodworking Plant LLC. Companies included in the Group produce fiberboard, particleboard, interior doors, sawn timber and moldings, houses made of glued laminated timber, MDF boards, furniture accessories, pellets, etc.  The Group also owns a network of trading houses and warehouses and harvests raw materials (it is one of the largest forest lessees in the Leningrad Region). The cumulative revenue of legal entities within Soyuz Group exceeded 9 billion rubles in 2018.
