In the Novosibirsk region, a Chinese investor built a shop for the production of veneer

In April 2019, a trial batch of veneer was released. The company “Siberian LPK”, which belongs to the Chinese investor Pen Gotsin, is implementing a project for the harvesting and processing of wood in two districts of the Novosibirsk region. At the moment, the company has completed the construction of a shop for the production of veneer in the Northern district of the region, reports “Interfax-Siberia” with reference to the Minister of natural resources and ecology of the region Andrei Danilenko.

According to the Minister, at the site of the enterprise in the Northern district of the region, the first block of six drying chambers was also put into operation and the second block for four chambers was mounted. In addition, three sections in the sawmill shop were put into operation – they are equipped with five band and five disk sawmills.

The investment volume of the project is estimated at 2.4 billion rubles. Financing the company carries out at the expense of own and attracted funds, without participation of the budget of area. The amount of disbursed investments is 240 million rubles.
