German Wolf System to build timber frame factory in Omsk region

12 February 2014 ` 03:33

In the spring of 2014, German company Wolf System will start construction of the factory for pre-fabricated timber frame houses in Omsk region.

Commissioning of the plant is scheduled for the end of 2014. In 2015, it is planned to produce first house kits. Production capacity of the factory will amount to 100,000 m2 of housing per year.

The factory site will be located in Kruch village, Azov district. A cooperation agreement between the regional government and the company was signed in the summer of 2013.

The company produces houses with the frame-modular technology: individual custom parts are manufactured at the factory conveyor, and houses can be installed on site within a few days.
